John Giles is an Associate Broker with Seabolt Brokers/Harry Norman Realtors. He was formally with The Coastal Real Estate Group until that company merged with Seabolt Brokers in early 2008. John is a gay broker whose focus is in Historic Savannah District properties, condominiums and all coastal real estate.

John is well known for his client service and expertise. He believes that a clients needs should always come first. John knows that communication with both sellers and buyers are critical to any successful transaction.

Prior to moving to Savannah several years ago John was an Associate Broker with Coldwell Banker The Condo Store in Atlanta, Ga. He quickly became one of their top sales agents and has continued that tradition in Savannah.

During John's time with The Condo Store he worked closely with Roy Hill, who at that time was Managing Broker and Regional Sales Manager for The Condo Store and is now the General Manager of Seabolt Brokers/Harry Norman Realtors.
