JUST wine was first introduced into the United States in very unique way, becoming the selected wine served on all Jet Blue flights around the country. Within the first few weeks JUST began seeing tremendous feedback from consumers on the airline wanting to know where they could get the wine at retail shops. It was time to bring the brand to US! Embracing this great reaction Paul Sapin SA decided to introduce JUST Wine in 2007 into select markets across the country, it has been growing ever since.

JUST is a clever play on words because JUST is only what the label says it is, JUST the wine made from the grapes that it says on the bottle. Lots of wines from around the world add oak flavorings to their Chardonnay or Cabernet Sauvignon by floating Oak chips in the vats where the wine ferments to give it extra body and character. At Paul Sapin we are giving you JUST the wines that naturally come from the grape. Each of our varietals is 100% made from the varietal on the label, our Chardonnay is pure Chardonnay and our Merlot is all Merlot. You can rest assured you are getting 100% of the character that each of the grapes we make our wine from can deliver! JUST 100% true, fun wines.
