Live Oak Public Libraries serves Chatham, Effingham, and Liberty counties with 19 branch libraries and a bookmobile. Headquartered in the historic city of Savannah, the main branch is the Bull Street Library, 2002 Bull Street. Last year, the library checked out more than 1.5 million items, answered more than 504,000 reference questions, registered more than 707,000 computer sessions, and presented library programs to more than 60,000 children.
